We truly believe that vacant homes need to be staged. Vacant homes tend to sit on the market longer. We suggest staging the living room, dining room, kitchen and 1 bedroom (we prefer the Master Bedroom.) We create “emotion connection points” throughout the home so when the buyer steps in they "feel home".
Prices varied by scope of work and amount of staging per home.

It all started when…
I moved to Lake Tahoe in 1995. I had left a position in design and merchandising to follow my dream to live at the lake.
I have experience preparing spec homes for sale and was researching home staging before it had a name in the 90's. I am a certified Home Staging professional and member of the American Society of Home Staging and Redesign . I attend monthly meetings to keep up to date on housing and design trends. Our market in Lake Tahoe attracts people from all over the world to buy a second home and we want to create the perfect space for the buyer to "Feel Home".
Bringing a wealth of knowledge of redesign, interior design, and home staging I work with the homeowner and their budget to make sure the most important projects get completed and the home appeals to the most buyers. I bring all of my local connections with preferred vendors to complete and transform any home.
